October 24th: SoundArt10
this took far longer than it should have done and the end result was nothing like i expected it to be.
what it is, is the first song i have ever written on a guitar, utilising 3 whole chords in true status quo style
inspired by artwork created by Ian Byford
Music created by Glen Byford using a cheap guitar and the 'new' ipad, completed on october 24th 2012

SHOREDITCH
London
![]() |
Sunday 17 June 2012. Shoreditch London.
familiar buildings, land marks that had been there over a century, that was the feeling, unexpected bewilderment. As the new face of the city pushes its massive sleek engineered Crystal towers sky would, The surrounding deprivation awaiting its injection, of societies drug, money. Meanwhile the pop up shops, small time street traders scratching a living out of next to nothing and the wannabe entrepreneurs make it a lively relaxed community with hope. Links of inspiration. Hertford Art a day-out
Pictures taken in Hertford, on my walk back to Hertford East Railway Station
I try to visit the exhibition each year,
this year the painting that got my vote was
a very striking bright vibrant swirling modern Acrylic work by Raymond Whyard
titled Castle Combe.
In-respect for other artists work you will just have to imagine the scene

OUT OF CONTROL
A acrylic work by Stuart Byford, on plywood 8 x 10
Framed with photoshop.

No planing permission needed
Stu's View, A Byford Installation
Some of my work old and new, the large Georgian house
around which the works are featured is a unwanted dolls house
dumped in the street, a coat of paint and screwed to the wall
now a ideal CD rack in the bedroom.
The beard thats a self portrait completed a night or so ago.

Art where does it come from the hart the mind the deepest part
of our subconscious or
can you get it straight from a tin?
Imagining opening tin after tin to find one you like.
