What caring being would dump a offspring on the streets of  London ?

Photographed in Waltham Cross,  spilt paint pealing in the debris on a pavement at

Giles Babel - Poptarts and Battleships

i've just put the finishing touches on this, the first track from the new Giles Babel EP "programmed to prevent war", ahead of me even completing the first EP.

this is only a few basic samples slung together with a couple of clips ripped from youtube, taking it back to basics for this one, ahead of getting a little bit more experimental again.

created by Glen Byford, completed on December 11th

Hello Mum

                                          Stu's View 10 x 8 acrylic on hardboard

Mum is no longer with us in person, thankfully all
moms actions in life fill me with gratitude.

Painted two weeks ago, I think I'm going to call it finished.

The photo was taken at school where mum worked as a teachers assistant
possibly just before retirement   25  or  30 years ago.

            Must do some research.

movember 1st: face watch, day 1

similar in them to the previous face watch, and resultant burgundy watch in april, i am again documenting the growth of my facial hair, and this time, doing it for charideeee

on the morning of november 1st, i shaved to the best of my abilities and shall be growing a moustache over the course of the month now dubbed Movember

the evening of day 1 shows a little bit of stubble already, and i hope donations will be forthcoming once i have a little more to show for it on my upper lip

unlike the previous face watch, i do intend to make the new batch of self portraits a little more interesting than their predecessors
